Mr. Collins founded Gatehouse Capital and is responsible for the company's overall strategic direction and both capital and partner relationships. Prior to founding Gatehouse in 1997, Collins was a partner in a Trammell Crow family affiliate, COO of Hampstead Group, and COO of Americana Hotels and the affiliated investments of the Bass Family of Ft Worth. He holds an undergraduate degree in both liberal arts and teaching from University of Akron, and graduate degrees in both liberal arts and business finance from Southern Methodist University. * 214.922.4310

Senior Vice President, Administration

Since 1999, Ms. McGahen has been responsible for all the Gatehouse Capital accounting and administrative duties, as well as human resources and risk management. Before joining Gatehouse, she was director of planning at a financial services company. She holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in business from St. Mary's University and University of Dallas, respectively. * 214.922.4311

Colin McDonald

Vice President, Development

Our newest principal, Mr. McDonald, is in charge of all underwriting and financial analysis. He began his career in consulting, first with Peat Marwick in Sydney and then with PKF in Toronto. He joined Four Seasons Hotels as Director of Development in 1992. In 2005 he moved to Dallas to take the position as Vice President Development with Accor North America and was responsible for brand activity in US and Canada covering Novotel and Sofitel brands. Colins holds an undergraduate degree from University of NSW in Applied Sciences and a graduate degree in Finance from the Australian School of Management. Susan Morgan

Financial Reporting & Compliance

Since 1997, Ms. Morgan has been responsible for all financial reporting and compliance, and has more than 25 years in this specialized area of real estate. She previously worked for The Hampstead Group, the Bass family at their offices in Ft. Worth, and Arthur Young. She holds an undergraduate degree in accounting from Texas Christian University's Neeley School of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mark Farruqui

Project Manager

Mr. Farruqui is responsible for managing the projects under design and construction. Mr. Farruqui has over 20 years of experience in construction, project management and development. As a developer and project manager, Mr. Farruqui completed several residential and hotel construction projects in New York. Before transitioning into real estate, Mr. Farruqui worked for the Con Edison Company, one of the largest utility companies in U.S. where he was involved in the engineering and construction of power generation and distribution facilities. Mr. Farruqui holds an Engineering Degree as well as MBA from PACE University, New York. * 214-922-4300
